My husband and I never felt our home was an investment, it just does not generate any income. <g> The community is nothing but woods, natural spring fed ponds and trails through these woods. We have lots of wild life, which can be a pain. You are correct that it is paid for. <g> Speaking of LU, I see that Stanskey at the Magellan Fund has accumulated a large position. When he was managing the country fund I had some money in it and he did a good job for me. I sold my holding when he moved to the Magellan Fund. Anyway it was time to move the ridiculous profits into a safe bond fund. Joan
