Question of curiousity: You originally received a gift of $100,000 (50K shares times $2.00) Why didnt you close all positions immediately and wire all the money out of your account? Thats what I would have done. NDB's option would of been very much narrowed by such action. You would of had them by the xxxxx and not wise versa. ------------------------------ If he had done this he would have commited Securities fruad , theft and probably been indicted and went to fed pen for minimum 2 years, nice to know what sharkin is made of...
