Steve,

If we are well protected from an IP standpoint wrt the phosphate technology, it makes no sense to not allow any and all members of the battery community to sample the product, reverse engineer the cells and see what Valence has. In addition J. Barker should for the moment, stop research and writting patents, and get out there and present the details to both professional groups and the lay press. It is also crucial that samples be made up of true production runs, not hand made batteries. Until this is done management's claims are no different than the claims made by previous management. Greenberg today again spoke of industry experts making light of Valence's claims. The choice is to either call their bluff by providing samples and specifications or wait to see if the technology is validated by OEM's. I chose the former. Let's see what management thinks.
