Hi John, As a former builder, I can assure you that "beauty" and quality are not correlated in the realm of home building. The buying public sees the surfaces, and bases its buying decisions on this most superficial of criteria. Toll Brothers understands the consumer better than many others, like myself, who wasted vast amounts of money of structural integrity, durability and other nonsensical things like that. Toll Brothers are simply a corollary to Gresham's Law. Ray
