No, I think he's right about that case. I think most courts would have considered the sudden cashing out of the account pretty strong evidence that he knew the broker had screwed up and given him too much money, and was trying to stick them for it before they caught the mistake. I think that action could amount to a felony.

Unless you're talking about the neck remark, in which case, no comment.
