If that MAJOR turn date for the SPX/DOW on the 28th turns out to be a top, all it would indicate is that this will be an extended bear...and we all pretty much knew that anyway. A major bottom on the 28th would signal the distinct possibility of the bottom being in for this bear, and I sincerely doubt that will be the case. So Bring on the next 35% bear rally...
