I don't buy your premise that POTUS is the "highest Office" on the planet. There are 10 million people doing stuff more important then being chief executive of the Federal Government.

The whole electoral process is screwed up. Look at NJ where a corporate CEO bought the senatorialship with millions of his own money. What ever happen to " the level playing field?'
