Let me reduce the argument: You know, of course, that arnmed ofences are treated with much more seriousness than the unarmed kind. Why is that? Well, you know why. And I'd bet dupes to dopes that you agree with it. Now what is the most dangerous weapon ever used in assaulting the safety and rights of free citizens? Is it a 303? Is it a 30 ought six? Is it a psycopath carrying HIV? Is it he hydrogen bomb? Actually, Christopher, it is none of these. I think you know what the mist dangerous weapon is, in the commission of an offence. Oh, yes--you know: It is an ugly vicious mind filed with hate. An ugly vicious mind filled with hate. What van this kind of a mind do? The answer is: anything it can get away with. It can chop up people and put the parts in barrels of acid. It can sodomize little boys (some poor parents pride and joy) and then strangle them or eviscerate them--or anything it wants to do. It can crush them with hydrolic presses to see how much pressure the human body and brain can withstand. It can do what it wants. The justice system always considers the motives, the thoughts, the attitudes, the situational variables of all crimes. I have already spoken to this. It is what being human is all about. Now I have already told you--and my posting history speaks for itself--that I believe then individual is sacrosanct and that his/her thoughts must never be interfered with in the normal course of events. However, when someone chooses to offend against society, and in considering motive, etc., it is found that we have a Manson or OLson, a Kurten or a Haigh in our hands--what do we do? The natural response consistent with the judicial record, is to recognize that the offender is using the most ugly and dangerous weapon known to humanity in his commission of offenses. So you grab him by the nuts and you SQUEEEEEEZE. And if that is being politically correct, as you presumed--then too friggin bad, eh???
