Gilder's self-imposed restriction on buying any of his own stock picks --something that he'd complain about occasionally-- saved him from the same fate that his subscribers met.

There are still some people who believe that Gilder was right and it was Greenspan who screwed up things! I think these people will also be ready to drink the Kool-Aid and cover themselves in blankets, in preparation to reach the comet, if only Gilder tells them so! <g>
