I'd have missed it in any case since he's on ignore! Seeing as you have him on ignore, perhaps you missed his response to your claim that Intel apologized to VIA and paid their legal bills. You didn't bother to admit your mistake. Your claim: "It seems to me, that at the time, I heard that INTC apologized to VIA, paid their legal costs, and went away." Reality: "Under the settlement, announced today, Taiwan-based Via will pay Intel an undisclosed lump sum and provide the chip giant with ongoing royalty payments." news.cnet.com
