EXPE - I have been a partner in a travel agency for the last 20 years. I just ran a report to compute the impact of the $20 commission caps on my agency's airline commissions.

A 30%+ hit .....OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! (If all the airlines cap domestic commisions at 30%.)

At this point Delta, AMR and UAL have capped fares, and if history repeats itself (it has over the last 4 commission cuts) all airlines will cap soon.

EXPE should be guiding earnings down SOON!
