Come get me if you dare". > Well Jay, that's more of a John Wayne posture [minus the flak jacket and dark foliage], suitable for taming CB's tribal ancestors, [the politically correct ones, not the others who supply the noonday sun DNA], in the movies if not reality. I suppose there are appearances of that in my posture, but my approach is a bit more subtle. If I make delicious-looking bait, it is a good way to attract my prey. Unfortunately, jungle wildlife is not so naive as to mindlessly leap at an obviously tasty morsel. Built into their DNA are too many eons of dangling temptations which turn out to be boody-traps. Catching a tiger by the tail requires subtlety. Skinning it is even more tricky. Simply standing out in the open as you described will see it slink away into the shade. Similarly, catching a monkey, or chimp, requires more finesse than simply charging through the trees with a net. Softly, softly catchee monkey. I do keep my firepower loaded, power dry and buddies like Uncle Al and USS Enterprise handy, just in case the tiger is more brutal than I estimated and in case there is a horde of suddenly aggressive monkeys. I like to have an escape route too, in case my buddies fail to perform as expected. I'm sure an agricultural life would be easier, but I love the thrill and challenge of the hunt; the glory of success impels us. Here monkey, monkey, monkey. Look at these lovely US$ Uncle Al has been printing. Yummy, yummy, yummy! Buy lots of mangoes and CDMA phones to chatter to friends. Incidentally, CDMA phones are selling like hot cakes in NZ [we don't actually sell hot cakes, but you know what I mean]. Telecom NZ started selling them just a few weeks ago. Demand has been dramatic. Which I like. I expect demand in China will be great too and since there are 300 Chinese for every Kiwi, you can see that could be a LOT of fun. Did you see CDMA phones in your travels in China? Every monkey in the world wants one [although not all of them know that yet]. I haven't even got mine yet. I'm hanging on for the Son of pdQ, Kyocera 6035 big screen PDA alpha male version. Mqurice
