Everyone knows the next couple of quarters will be tough.

Duh! They're going bust, but I don't know their financial position. I don't need to know anything....except there's overall over capacity.

This was true at higher prices, but in the $0 to $10 range it is not.

CSCO's $4B+ sales last quarter and signs that its flat to down 5% forecast will hold for this quarter, suggest that whatever the level of overcapacity, tremendous or otherwise, technology companies are still selling. How much JDSU sells is still the crucial issue and if you don't want to seriously address it, you should, at least, refrain from pointing out the price declines.
