Boiled down, doesn't that say, if you trade more than 4 times a week, you'll not be using margin at all in any account less than 65K? Sounds like another butthead-rich-get-richer rule: "hey, if you're such a small fry, we're gonna take away half the game... and blame it on our desire to protect you from yourself Pookums." Not only will the rule chop down the daytrading masses, limiting volatility, but the timing of it just happens to coincide with the lowest low we're likely to see in the next 5 years. How con-veeeeeeenient. Before anyone suggests I'm addled by conspiracy thoughts, let's wait 5 years and look back to see. Oh well, the only way the lower classes will have left is to go back to dealing drugs. If this is how the rich intend to play it, we'll just have to get their kids strung out and pimp them out.... The Golden Rule: He who has the gold, rules. Of all the crappy rules they've invented, this one takes the cake. I can only hope George W gets re-elected to take the blame for the next bubble collapse in '08.... Yeah, I guess you could say I'm a tiny bit angry.
