Jim - RE: "Got Jerry and the boys figured out too..." As long as Jerry is there, AMD will remain in the cyclical pattern (or sinusoidal as Paul says) they have been in. They need someone new to bring them to new markets. As long as they keep following Intel they will remain a moon to the massive Intel planet. Hector's gotta go also. Give him his few million for early termination and show him the door. Of course, if you're an Intel investor you want these two to stay as long as possible! "Are you back in Texas now?"
