if things don't come unglued mon, they will Tues ... in '29 peoples values were different. Many had come here with nothing and knew how to cope emotionally, pyshologically with the implosion then. It really is different now ... there is a sense of entitlement which runs deeper than the mores of most. Bush will be hated. The old guard -- whoever has been in more than a couple of years will b kicked out and whoever replaces them will earn even more scorn. It is not going to be fun being right about this ... lot's of young folks who are temping and "interning" where I work now will not be able to find jobs. I'm sure lots of folks are laughing at Buffet's 8 yr remark. when the realization that it will be more than 1 year sets in late this year or early next it is going to be very ugly. No-one will connect the bust with the boom. No-one will want to hear about it ...
