Hi john, I'm out in the High Desert Country in Central Oregon. We get wind, sometimes lots of it during winter storms, but tornadoes aren't a local issue. Interesting article in today's local paper about a builder who just BKed. Apparently the builder's plan was to sell homes at a loss and make it up on volume. Seems a new crop of home buyers are about to learn a very old, and very expensive lesson about the lien law rights of subcontractors and materialmen. -Ray
