He likes it with the lights on. I mean that in the same metaphorical sense you did, btw. Lest there be a misunderstanding! I tried to make him look at that site and even the gorgeous photographs wouldn't make him subject himself to the text. BTW, I've never seen the man do a mean thing, ever-- in case anyone thinks from the fact that he said "Ugh" at that site that he's an ogre. Does it count as mean if a guy picks your pocket and you grab his arm and break it on a railing, thus causing him to drop your wallet and run away screaming? I consider it justifiable force, and hard-wired self-defense, but not mean.
