The link is the source, a mainstream news story. I've seen it before I just got the numbers wrong. What? You don't believe it? Are you happy we've given the surplus mainly to the very rich and Energy Cartel? And will you now please believe critics of the GOP who charge them with this which they always deny? Clearly the hard numbers are there. And do you really think Bill Gates needs a $50,000,000 tax break sucked out of our surplus? Puleaze. He's on record as saying he didn't even want it back. The rich have so many write-offs already they never pay anywhere near the official tax rate. Working class people gets their yanked right out of their paycheck.
