While I understand how the dollar effects the market, I've
never been good at calling the dollar..( that's my weakest
area ).
I use the Total assets of the Rydex open end funds
/divided by the Nav to get the amount of shares out.
After getting the total shares out I get a running sum
that is multiplied by the "change in Nav" + or - ,
which then tells me money flow in/or/out,
( how the herd bet .)
The herd most often bets wrong when it bets
strong.
It takes TA / Nav =shares X change in Nav to get
money flow. Trim Tabs does the same thing on a
broad scale but it's cold when you get it.
Cold info is worse than no info.
