The Doom & Gloom guys are great! They scare those wanting to play tech away to put their $$ into 'old economy' issues. Take a look at those and many are down,, but not near the % of tech,,, look a bit farther and see many are up nicely. Siebel would like as many techs to fail as possible to add more interest to his company. Tech is far from a recovery, thats certain. Many will fail and many others will never see their old highs for decades-- if ever. However that does not mean current levels do not indicate a decent entry point now or soon. I've been saying Q2 of '02 for 10 months-- he says Q3,, no big deal-- lets say a few picks now double or more in that time frame-- not a bad return,,
