I ate the feet of pigs too. The last time was when I was 9 or 10 (about the same time I stopped eating pork rinds). Perhaps I just think about things too much...

Chinese etiquette allows it.


Chinese etiquette practically demands it by cutting meat up in such a way that there are all sorts of odd pieces of bone. And with sauce on the meat, they aren't easy to find but by putting the piece in your mouth and biting down. Never could understand that.
