To an extent that's true. They don't care how much damage they do to the country (i.e., their enemy) EXCEPT to the extent that they get the blame for it. Clinton was their god because he refused to ever take the blame for anything. The rest (see Condit) are incapable of the dubious skill. The fact that the Republicans seem now to be run by people who understand the adversary media, as well as how to find the liberal weak spots, scares the living hell out of them, and they aren't ready for it. That's why I believe Bush will continue to come up with a lot more victories than anyone expects from him...
