Thanks, but the problems were too many for me to feel at all confident about this piece of software. I returned it to Staples and bought Norton Utilities.

And their online tech support was no help at all.

OKAY GUYS, I NEED YOUR HELP:

I uninstalled McAfee Office and am finally got rid of all of the error messages I was getting from various programs. However, the computer stareted crashing like never before and I was forced to go into Safe Mode and uncheck all of the boxes under the Startup tab in "msconfig" So nothing is now loading upon install. However, I STILL get a stack dump before Windows actually is up and running. Very ugly, and it requires me to "Press any key before continuing" 4 times before finally going into Windows and and proceeding to crash.

Help please.
