First, I'm using SI Classic which is an option you can select on your preferences when joining SI. Hopefully the new & improved SI is similiar, and if not then you may choose to switch to do the following. Page to bottom of this screen view. Note: If you is inside a thread then i see an extra search option, in that you can select search only this thread. If outside a thread but in the subject page where it shows which threads you marked, then at the bottom is the search option feature without the above. For example GEO, place geo or the complete company name in the box that will be what you want to search for. This represents two seperate searchs. Select top button for thread titles and hit execute/go. The results page will appear with hits or a page with no hits, and hits are click'able url strings. If you need more info on searching then ask as a general question for anyone on this thread as i am sure the ratio to those who know and those who want to know but will not ask is 50/50 :o) Since i'm using SI Classic and an old Windows 3.1 i have not yet been able to access the new & improved & powerful searching SI added recently this or last year. For example you can search for specific person's names and also do quoted strings and many more qualifiers that will give you very close to what you want as in a time period, rather than the kitchsink. (a dangerous on topic) BEWARE If you lady friend felt left out in missing the Bre-X rags to riches to rags, then rejoice as a USA home grown opportunity is available. 20 years in the making, fully contained in the USA. If its a Bre-X and you wish to short it you might be caught in that its for real and will go from 1/4 to 250.00 and stay there :) I hold 17,500 share at average 1/8 SI has a thread - search for GPGI stockhouse.com 8/27/01 SALT LAKE CITY, Aug 27, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The following is being issued by Global Platinum + Gold, Inc.
