Jim! Agree with what you're saying and they sure will try and we will see some increases. But i don't think we will be back to the Megawatthour prices of last year as long as there is litigation pending against the energy companies and the State of California still wanting money back from them. Last year they just backed up the truck in broad daylight and loaded it with California dollars to ship to Texas using the open window of a faulty deregulation. The "gaming"/market manipulation will have to be played less obvious this winter. Stefan
