Do they have that wonderful spongy bread at yours?

Injera. It's the bread that makes the meal. You can buy injera around here in ethnic grocery stores. We have these marvelous multi-ethnic stores. They may start out Asian and then start selling Hispanic stuff as the neighborhood changes. We have Hispanic and African. Japanese and Caribbean. All sorts of combos. Anyway, the bread. It is always sold in packages of ten. Carrying that to your car saves you a trip to the gym. That's a lot of bread and it doesn't keep very well so a lot gets wasted. But I sometimes buy it anyway. I like it with any number of legume dishes, ham and cheese sandwiches, eggs, about anything that you'd enjoy rolled up with sour dough bread. And eating with your fingers is much of the appeal. I imagine that kids would think it very cool. I know this one does.
