Don't know about Philip Johnson, I'll have to check him out.

Its good to see Russell Kirk's The Conservative Mind on the Best list, while omitting William Buckley's God and Man at Yale. I think those two books were in hot competition for awhile as to what defined post WW II conservatism. Kirk is the winner, Buckley and his fake British accent is the loser.

Interesting that The Autobiography of Malcolm X made both lists. <g> They should take him off the worst list, he espoused some solid conservative principles.
