USUALLY ON BOTTOM FISH PLAYS THEY ARE DCB'S...ON STRONG STOCKS ABOVE THE R LINES...IT'S VERY IMPORTANT LONG..AND JUST THE OPPOSITE ON STOCKS BELOW SUPPORT..

Susieq, take a look at this chart>

From the left side of the chart, you can see a series of lower lows (0s) and lower highs (Xs). Last move from 35 down to 24, was to the bottom of a downtrending channel. 3 boxes required to reverse, which gets it to 27.

You'd like to buy stocks that have Xs go higher than the previous column of Xs. BRCD cannot do that until (example)
1. it hits 36 or
2. reverses back down to 24 (Os) and then reverses back to Xs and goes to 28

Either of which would be double top buy signals.
