patron, RE: REFR I should have disclosed in my post that I am short the stock. It would not surprise me if my short position in REFR would get called away, but so far so good. Evidently the company is having a hard time getting the investors to request their certificates. <g> I don't think any of the hedge funds are going to start playing the long side against Asensio to get the shorts to cover. He is clever, once he decides to go after a scam he forces the company to start making fraudulent statements in order to protect their game. Enter the SEC. Joan
