Of course "Porker Pete" doesn't have to tell US, does he?

Hey Porker: Give it back to the people you stole it from for a change!

<<Sen. Pete Domenici, interviewed on CNN's Late Edition on Sunday, joined Bush and Lindsey in suggesting the needs of a slowing economy might in some cases demand a higher priority than fiscal austerity.

But the Republican from New Mexico went a step further in saying that not only should the tax cut remain in place but also spending should not be cut.

``The tax cut is perfect. Leave it alone and just look at it for a while,'' he said. ``In addition, I would not even be on the side that says cut spending.''>>

how come it didn't make george senior look good? Right now W is in charge and it is passing the buck to blame problems on an earlier administration. He hasn't been very aggressive in dealing with the current economic problems. I am an investor certainly not a socialist who wants my money to be taxed. I want him to succeed, but I fear that coddling to big energy and ignoring everything else will not get the job done.
