patron,

I personally got involved with one of Asensio's picks a long time ago. I sent an email to the SEC. My contention was that someone was fabricating information and that they should look into the situation. Well I got a certified letter from the SEC office in Colorado to show up with evidence of my assertion. Well I live in Minneapolis and I was not exactly ready to get on the next plane for Colorado, so I packaged up a letter with a copy of all the press releases from both the company and Asensio. I also included all the URL's associated with the press releases. I included a walk through of the story. Fortunately this satisfied the SEC evidence requirements. <g>

As it turns out this company is now debunk as the SEC did take them down; but it sure took a long time for all that to happen.

Joan
