For what it is worth, it is entirely possible that this person is like that judge in the Microsoft case (eg, only recently started hating the company because of recent actions). This guy may just really be anti-P4, not anti-Intel.

Nonetheless, the emulators.com article has been picked apart so many times that it's annoying whenever somebody reposts the url. :P
