99% of scientists totally disagree with you. The pollutors find one scientist in a hundred which doubts it and puts him on stage. Trust me, he's a paid off odd-ball. Do some real research and learn a thing or two before you spout BS. There is a huge hole in our ozone layer, our ice-caps are definitely melting at record paces, and all because of the kind of pollution Bush-cheney want more of. Acid rain is another by-product which poisons our waterways and forests. If you want your kids to grow up in a better world fight these Big Energy pollution bandits as hard as you can and don't believe a word they say. Cheney's 1900 new power plants was a grossly selfish lie with the intent to fleece the US public. How can you trust anything else they are telling you? The Kyoto Treaty should be engaged not abandoned. Europe is cutting 15% of harmful emissions without losing one job. And we can't do our part? Some leadership. But you know why, soft money Big Pollution lobby fat cats in bed with Bush-Cheney at our expense. Campaign finance reform and vote the bums out next year.

There is no evidence that Global warming is due to carbon dioxide emissions

I have never claimed any such thing, and the question of whether large energy producers have been flouting the law for 30 years does not hinge on that question.
