Valuetrader. It may be unusual for a precious metal fund to buy BGI instead of ABX, but may be normal to own both. I just checked out TD Greenline precious metal fund and found they were holding in '99 and 2000 525.5 k of BGI and were also holding ABX, but have lightened up on ABX in 2000. Maybe they still hold all of their BGI position.
