What is long enough.
I bought sept 40's today.
Holding seriously underwater Oct 35's.

Fortunately RMBS calls balanced me out a bit today.

Gougers! No-name 128MB has been $14.95 at Fry's Electronics here in Silicon Valley for a couple of weeks, apparently it's not a "Limit 1 Per Customer" loss-leader either.

I'd say holding MU puts through the recently-become-traditional October collapse would be a minimum holding time. That gets you through their late-September earnings report, which has crept over the past year or so to a few days after options expiration.
