Don, Sorry about the tasteless crack. A more politically correct statement would be "not to my taste." But, since I'm the standard... <VBG> I remember Butcher's Boy and Metzger's Dog fondly, though I have no idea how they will stand up over the time since I read them. Ross Thomas is my all-time favorite author and books like "The 8th Dwarf" and "Out on the Rim" stand up very well to the passage of time and new innovations while others of his, such as "The Seersucker Whiplash" and "Oh, Treachery," don't do as well in today's world.
