It could be a couple weeks before CTLM falls back below 11 again... if then. We are seeing enough news from various sectors to indicate to me that orders are definitely stabilizing for numerous semiconductor companies. That being said I do not like to chase a stock in an uncertain environment. Short term the SOX is still rising. When we hit 650 again things will have to be a whole lot better than they are being reported to keep the index moving any higher. We are down to 18 oversold semiconductors now.
