Well, I hope you don't loose money but I just sold my $45 shares at $47. I have some other shares bot at $50 so I am hoping that for a continued climb. Maybe we'll both end up making money or, worse, we'll both end up LOSING money!

Since you're short, does the news for Consumer confidence to be released any minute should be scary if not the revised GDP numbers to be released tomorrow. The GDP one is a biggie for psychological reasons in that if the number is zero or higher, then there is no OFFICIAL recession... yet.

SHort term plays sure seem like crap shoots when you look at major news coming out.

Hmmm... Consumer confidence for August lower than last month...

July's numbers revised downward.... THis is worse than expected.

Expectations for the future in Consumer Confidence are up and in good territory so it is actually a good report.
