So what else is new. 3) The litany of complaints by this writer are nothing new and not even close to being original. But an investor (or speculator) in the stock of CSCO learns that the market forces are not rational, and are not likely to become so at any point in the future. 4) Every stock has has got a list of reasons why it should not be bought.
