I know that house prices are falling in the Bay Area, but that's a little extreme. That would say the 3 million dollar mean house price (WAG) in Atherton has fallen to $360,000. Even the mean, or average house price in Silicon Valley is still greater than $360,000, and Atherton has Polo Clubs! Tony
