Mass immigration is already under way as you explain. It is just for the governments o realize it. Officialize it. Then deal with it. But as long as it is happeining and it is treated as an anomaly it is not going to help. And, by the way, not going to stop either. The first country that get this thing right will be the beneficiary. Who drive taxis in Sweden are 'refugees'. The bumper sticker in the taxis reads: "We need 1.000 taxi drivers." Those guys pulling trollyes in Toronto airport? Yes, refugees, too. Get some 'refugees' nurses that will help those countreis with health system in collapse. And the population is not getting any younger by the way, mind you.
