I would get a bunch of slick marketeers and sell the idea. Electorates is an amorphous mass driven by their self interest. Just show how much in their own interests is to have those immigrants there. These electorates are no less than second or third generations just looking to their narrow interests. There is another way: Send capital to the Banistans of these world for them to develop. Not the World Bank schemes, please! Recolonization is the way to keep the masses at home. But that is tough to so. First the flow has to diminish. Then stop. Not easy once Ali Khan is already in Australia.
