It's occurred to me that due to the horrendous costs of the last 100 feet there would be a market for lambdas and actual dark fiber strands going into the larger buildings, campuses and other access-level venues. Will these (or are these already) being viewed in a similar light as those of the longer-haul facilities between cities and POPs? I suppose this could get quite granular, right down to easement spaces and riser assets, such as FiberNet's game plan calls for. Any thoughts you may have on this level of market activity would be appreciated. TIA.
