Silicon Valley Associates has said that they will not be able to deliver their native 0.13 micron lithography
hardware until at least the fourth quarter of this year. Therefore, *the only known way* to make 0.13 micron chips with 0.18 micron hardware is to use NMTC's technology. When SVA delivers their hardware, Intel will introduce the next generation of 0.10 micron chips at clock rates ~3GHz, again using NMTC's technology with native 0.13 hardware.
