Hi Marginnayan,

I think the debt load has been played to the max.The slow initial buildout will accelerate as the past buildout pays every month and of course that will grow every month.

So I see an acceleration of build out as time goes on.The cheapest to do first will be done in that order.

Roadrunner is going into my neighborhood right now.We have a "no wire deed restriction - so humans are digging a waist deep hole and pulling cable under one yard into the next-it has to be expensive.
Our neighborhood is an older neighborhood (built in 92),The new neighborhoods got the digital cable right away - so I think they're funding my more expensive install now - but I've waited over a year for cable modem. I'm also too far from the connection for dsl to reach me so its been wait or nothing.

I'm excited about getting roadrunner. I'm gonna call up Dell and get one of those super fast Pentium IV 2.0 blasters and celebrate an upgrade to Windows xp from 333 mghz Windows 95.(I'm planning my tax rebate to get a new flat panel display and split out to a second monitor).

I've been waiting to upgrade and everything is coming all at once.I don't think I'm the only one who wants to upgrade.I'm probably on a 4 year replacement cycle as this will be only my second home computer.

I think the build out will accelerate but some upgrades and bottlenecks need to offer more performance and I think it's just now happening for many patient people.

Bob
