I think that was Seth's point, Chaz. He's suggesting that AMD will quickly migrate to .13 micron geometry to match Intel's move, and that this will benefit nmtc.

Note that Seth has made two as yet unconfirmed assumptions in this scenario - that Intel has put .13 into production in order to produce a 2GHz processor, and that they have employed nmtc technology in doing so.
