Regardless if Gary Winnick wrote that letter or not, these are the kind of services GX can and should offer to corporate customers of the Globe. He should have written one like it if he didn't. GX can offer VPN better than any current service providers. GX can offer private lines for 4,000 city pairs around the world with their network. In terms of speedy provisioning, one stop shop, the world looks like a flat fabric with GX's network in between, nobody can match them.

Thanks for the phone# from several. I called the IR dept, and asked for Ken Simril. He wasn't in, and I spoke with a lady in the dept. I described the letter, and asked if Winnick had sent a letter like that to employees. At first, she said she couldn't comment, and I asked as an employee had she received such a letter, and she said "no". FWIW!
