You said you knew nothing of these lawsuits. I showed you. I never said they had to do with CO2 regulations, yet you persist in deliberately misunderstanding. How do you think these companies got grandfathered into the law in the late 70's? They wanted it that way. Now, the only way they will go bankrupt by adopting current anti-pollution technology is by incurring the $25K per day fines for failure to comply with the law. Maybe all that mercury spread up the eastern seaboard by these guys is addling your brain. 'Cuz when you revert to your standard mr. bill stuff, I figure I must have hit a nerve. It's like your innards rising to the surface while you sink to the bottom after being torpedoed.
