It is you who is confused with normal yields and
yields at unbearably-high frequency target dictated
by competition.

I guess the P-III-1.13 at 1.80V/60C is the triumph
of the Copy-Exactly micro-management of notched gates.
The flood of P-III-800 was too, year ago.
